The target audience of this book are all Ilocano speakers both in the Philippines and those in the international diaspora.

Ilocano speaking Filipinos could be found almost anywhere though they tend to thrive in Europe and most English-speaking nations especially in the United States. Many Filipino expatriates in America are Ilocano descent. In Hawaii, they make up 85% of the Filipino - Americans.
