A seventy-year-old cold case of cowardice in the face of the enemy leads Holmes to France on the trail of the missing Waterloo colour. In 'Amity Among Nations', Holmes must find the source of a leak of diplomatic secrets that might be a catalyst for war between Great Britain and the United States.
