Stillstand - Bog

Unsere Welt ist durch Tempo, Fortschrittsstreben und ein »Immer-Weiter« geprägt. Stillstand, von dem es heißt, er sei Rückschritt, passt hier auf den ersten Blick so gar nicht hinein: Geht es doch nicht nur um die bewusste Verlangsamung einer Dynamik, sondern um deren Unterbrechung. Insbesondere ein »verordneter« Stillstand infolge der Corona-Pandemie hat ein bislang unbeachtetes Thema in den Vordergrund gerückt. Doch schauen wir uns aufmerksam um: Stillstand - teils erwünscht, teils unerwünscht oder gar unvermeidlich - geschieht durchaus häufiger, als wir es wahrnehmen. DIAGONAL 2021 spürt dem Stillstand in Kunst und Kultur, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft, Erziehung und Bildung nach.Our world is driven by speed, pursuit for progress and an attitude "to always go a step further".
