In return, Allah (God) blessed him with a long life and plenty of servants, as well as the poor and the needy to share in his good fortune. Prophet Job fed and clothed the poor. He bought slaves and he set them free. He made those poor and needy who received his charity feel as if they are favoring him so kind and gentle is he. Satan overheared the angels. He became very jealous and annoyed. So he planned to tempt Job to corruption and disbelief. He ran to Job wanting to destroy him.
