The Sugjugated trilogy describes us, the Homo Sapiens-genetically-engineered primate/alien hybrids- a volatile, unbalanced species, acting against nature.

It finds today's political strife not " the debate of ideas" it proports to be, but a genetic battle between primate-socialist cravings for managed societies and alien-libertarian impulses for unencumbered liberty.

The thesis: Genetics draws political orientations just as strongly as genetics draws sexual orientations. We cannot arrest, alter, or repress political preference, and use all aspects of rationalization to remain comfortable within our inherited political alignments.
