The 25th hour is not supposed to exist, yet if it were, it would exist outside of time and space. Where power and energy did not exist. In this post 99" view of the apocalypse; it wasn't the computers that crashed the world. Nearly all of the power is absorbed from the world, and the citizen have no idea of how or even why. Running to the Internet to find out the news is not possible, even turning on the television can be deadly! What would you do if you woke up, turned on your lamp and the power of the bulb nearly killed you? Would you think to ground yourself? Just to watch the ground it's self-absorb the power. What little power left threatens you as some kind of guard blocking you to your own life?
