This book is about people who to their minds " The world owes them a living, for they never asked to be born!" They are more than prepared to lie, and cheat out of any situation they have created, and if it is a matter of 'finding' property, well if its not screwed down...they have the right to steal it because they didn't have one. I am sure all of us can put the name to their "Bungalow Bill" as all of us know one (For readers do not know this term, it is for an person lacking in their upper stories of their brain, or simply, not much on top!) This is another new and light hearted novel, not a skit on the Welsh I promise, by the author David J Moran has once more put pen to paper, with another change of genre that he has so far, used to publish nine previous books to date!
