Several Scientists at the Quantum Physics Institute in Oklahoma have unlocked the secret to "Strong Adhesion" of atoms. The potential of this discovery pales all other discoveries to date. Through high level espionage a notorious arms manufacture breaks through the wall of secrecy, initiating an operation to steal the research and kidnap the scientist. He enlists a Russian mercenary to lead a team of former elite Spetsnaz soldiers for the mission. After a botched kidnapping an all out running gun battle ensues between the Russians and American CIA.
