The Attempted Assassination of John F. Kennedy - Robert Reginald - Bog

In this alternate history, George Washington becomes Lord President George I of the United States in 1789, and this action changes the course of world development: the monarchies of Europe and the New World are never displaced, but evolve into parliamentary democracies.
