The Carpenter's Apprentice Trilogy - Jefferson Murphy - Bog

Bag om The Carpenter's Apprentice Trilogy

The Carpenter's Apprentice Trilogy is an anthology containing all three volumes of the original The Carpenter's Apprentice collections of poetry, song lyrics and essays. It embodies over 60 years of poems and song lyrics by author, poet and songwriter Jefferson Murphy, who over the years had to learn how to make time for his writing even as he worked as a General Contractor for 30 years. He was also a disabled van driver for his good friend Vince Staskel. Jefferson Murphy and Mark Avery Lavender co-produced and recorded the Reggae/mid-eastern Album LM-A1, Meant To Be (© 1985 Jefferson Murphy, A.S.C.A.P.). Jefferson Murphy is a former U.S. Army Combat Medic, an ambulance driver, and teacher of English to 60 refugee children at Cao Xai Catholic School in Tay Ninh Province, in the former Republic of South Viet Nam(1969 - 1970). Jefferson produced the Sal Mancuso Memorial Concert and Scholarship Fund, with the assistance of the Ossining Board of Education in 1989. For the past several years Jefferson has played his songs at open mic nights at clubs such as The Town Crier in Beacon, NY, The Derby in Poughkeepsie, NY, the Hosanna Korean-American Christian Church in Highland, NY, The (Famous) Falcon in Marlboro, NY, and Café Lena in Saratoga Springs, NY. Over a decade ago Jefferson started his non-denominational street ministry, "Jefferson Murphy's Latter Day Ministry," as a mission outreach to everyone, everywhere, all the time. He currently attends six different churches in Wendell, NC and six different churches in Milton, NY.
