Halloween is rapidly approaching and the small town of Shington is excited and ready for it, and their annual festivities they call The Celebration. Seven years prior, Nick, a local trouble-making teen, died in a tragic crash while being chased by the police. Nick and his beloved blue Nova had ended up in the river, Nick dying of his injuries. He'd been the source of vicious pranks and mischief in town, including trying to ruin The Celebration that year. Now, seven years later, the pranks have started up again. Halloween decorations destroyed, pumpkins smashed, and animals going missing. Worse yet, people are reporting have seen Nick...and his blue Nova. The Celebration approaches and it brings something evil with it this year...
