A bizarre crime scene that looks like a set from a play has been dropped into the lap of Senior Special Agent Sean Campbell of California's Department of Justice's Special Investigations Bureau. His only lead, a ten-year-old missing persons case that was investigated by then Homicide Sergeant, now turned private investigator, Marcus Maddox.
