The Ice Idols are two actors (Troy Colson and Leonard Newton) and two actresses (Gloria Greatorex and Shirley Gollancz). They meet on September 11th, 2001, when the terrible events of that day draw them together in a bond of friendship and love. Their lives, full of promise and hope, become intertwined and then gradually unravel as the years reveal their various destinies.
