Ctrl + Alt + Del is the short cut to begin the restart process for all electronic devices. In life, however; there are no buttons to initiate a reboot. Instead, there are steps to guide an individual through a similar process. In this edition of the LIFE project training, we are working to help those institutionalized by the prison system, with strategies to remove old or negative habits in totality (but specifically targeted areas) to replace them with newer and/or positive habits.
