The Littlest Pelican looked out at the Gulf of Mexico. Today was the first day of tryouts for the prestigious Pelican Squad. He had dreamed of this moment all of his life. His grandfather had been captain of the squad for many years, and now it was the Littlest Pelican's turn to prove himself. "You are small but mighty," his grandpa always reminded him.
