It was in the early years of my career that I worked as a stenographer. When I was in school learning the skill, my instructor taught us that typing and transcription might someday be the bread and butter from which we could fall back on to earn a living. Although it took years to perfect that ability, her prophecy proved true. What started out as a talent for an entry level position, opened doors that eventually blossomed into a full-blown career; a career which led to me being a professional in my field of work.
Begin now to elevate whatever your hands have found to do. Then, practice to perfect it into what some are referred to whenever you hear the phrase uttered, "I'm a Professional".
