Paul 'Booger' Doyle is back in San Francisco to fulfill his threat to kill Lt. Frank Corrigan of the SFPD, for his role in sending the heartless killer to prison. Doyle has threatened to not only kill Corrigan, but the detective's friends and family members as well.
