Due to a heavy case load, agent Allen Green asks Tony to assist with the investigation. They begin by wading through transcripts of the interviews local authorities had conducted. The investigation takes them from Minnesota to the oil fields of western North Dakota. As the Red River crests, Tony and Agent Green trim the list of likely murderers.
