A Principal of school, Teacher of the Year, and professional bullrider turned heroin addict. A father of two, a person with three college degrees turned heroin addict. An addiction that hid him from all the worldly concerns. An addiction that got him an extended stay in the Department of Correction. An offender, an inmate, and prisoner to the walls of solitude. Puzzled wondering what life was to become he decided to write his life back together. A mistake he calls, "the greatest mistake he has ever made". A mistake that allowed him to have a vacation in a cell for months to only worry about facing his greatest fears that once haunted his dreams. Now his skeletons are able to dine with him every night, instead of hidden in the darkness of his bedroom's closet. Today he is ALIVE. Today, he is able to be the person he was always scared to be.
