Life became a drag after the First Contact War for two seasoned veterans. Then an SOS signal flipped everything upside down. They thought they knew everything, but it turned out not all life was accounted for in the universe. New, strange creatures are flooding in from the edges of the galaxy and they have an endless hunger.
