But backed by a secretive cabal of liberal billionaires, The Project, Inc. is building a new city in Wyoming. It plans to populate it largely with homeless and near homeless people. And, liberals. Young, smart, and attractive Sabrina Adams may be the best community organizer her age in the country. But funding for her current position is drying up, and a stalker with an AR-15 is threatening to kill her. The Project makes Sabrina a tantalizing offer to be the community organizer for the new city's challenging residents. But the position is in far off Wyoming, where local leaders resent this "invasion" of homeless people and liberals. They threaten to crush the new city. If Sabrina accepts the offer, she will need to rally the new city's residents to defend themselves from the political backlash. It would be a high-profile, high-stakes job-exactly the sort of exposure that might prompt her stalker to follow her to Wyoming and finally fulfill his promise to kill her.
