In all, his stewardship, as the country's Auditor General, High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Belgium/Federal Republic of Germany/Republic of France/and the European Economic Community, and Chartered Accountant supreme on the national and international fronts, has been truly impeccable. Yet, there is another aspect to this man of international (worldwide) repute.
