    Having been vegan for 7+ years, I really appreciate the simplicity of this book. I love that the recipes are so easy to follow and that a lot of the ingredients are similar so things don't go to waste (as opposed to other cookbooks that will use one perishable item for the entire book). For example, a lot of the recipes call for nutritional yeast so I buy it in bulk since I know I'm going to use it. This is one of the first cookbooks that I actually try so I really love it. The recipes are great! Some are a little difficult to make (especially if you're living outside the US), but I make do with what I have. I definitely recommend this book to everyone - including non-vegans. Delicious, easy, and creative recipes. I have made a couple of recipes from the book that haven't tasted the best, but I love the challenge of mixing flavors to elevate them. Hope you enjoy this cookbook as much as I do!
