Tika Davenport is a thirty-year-old woman down on her luck. He accepted his faith and decided to serve his time without retaliation. Prison life wasn't a cakewalk. Rodney was constantly defending himself against new enemies that believed he was a threat to what they had already accomplished. When he thought life wasn't going to get any better, new laws passed giving him a shorter sentence. Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, he decided to share his encouraging words with a beautiful correctional officer. Spending time with her had been the highlight of his days.
