So you keep marching forward, moving from enlisted to officer and all the way up the ranks in a man's world, graduating Army War College for future General Officers, to full Colonel before you're told to retire by the DOD for age reasons. No quit when sent to clean up a mess in Iraq as a battlefield commander. No quit. Ever. Self-doubt, yes. But no quit. Instead, living life as it comes to you.
