This book will help you to understand both anxiety and worry. It will also help you learn how to stop worrying and some secrets to move beyond anxiety and worry. I like how it even covers a bit on depression and how that can be linked with the two. One of the tips I found useful was practicing acceptance. I suffer from intrusive thoughts quite frequently, so it was nice to see that covered in this book as well. There are tips and tricks and even some breathing techniques to get you through anxiety and panic attacks, and some ways to retrain your brain. Learn to be grateful and don't give up!!!
