This book is a collection of nine articles on Arab and Indian Islamic Perspectives. The five articles shed light on Indian Islamic Studies,i.e., The Prophet¿s Panegyrics, The Indian Islamic Scholar and Educationist-Azad, Islamic Ethics in ¿Thirukkural¿, Islamic Legendary Characters in the Novel ¿Tamirappattanam¿ and Islamic Endowments in Tamil Nadu. The remaining four articles focus on Arab Culture, i.e., Arabic Language in India, Modern Women Writers of Egypt and Lebanon ,Nobel Laureate Naguib Mahfouz and the Maq¿m¿t of al-Hamadhani.
