After losing the Prohibition Constitutional Amendment, anti-alcohol forces rebranded themselves as neoprohibitionists dedicated to the restriction of alcohol usage and they touted themselves as the counter-voice to alcohol organizations like the Wine Institute led by John A. De l.uca from 1976 to 2013.
