Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Theologie - Islamische Religionswissenschaft, Note: 1,5, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die folgende Arbeit hat zum Ziel über die fünf großen islamischen Rechtsschulen der heutigen Zeit aufzuklären, ihre Gründer vorstellen, und ihre Bedeutung für das heutige Leben der Muslime zu erörtern. Dazu soll zunächst erläutert werden, wie sich die diversen Rechtsschulen, von denen heute fünf übriggeblieben sind, im Laufe der islamischen Geschichte gebildet haben. Im Anschluss daran werden die vier sunnitischen Rechtsschulen beleuchtet, wobei die dschafaritische Rechtsschule der (12-)Schiiten darauffolgend erläutert wird. Das nächste Kapitel bespricht die Divergenzen zwischen den unterschiedlichen Rechtsschulen und den richtigen Umgang mit ihnen. Das vorletzte Kapitel thematisiert eine moderne Erscheinung innerhalb des Islams, ¿ es geht um die sog. Wahabi-Bewegung, die heute mit einer eher außergewöhnlichen Ansicht in Bezug auf die Rechtsschulen unter den Muslimen heraussticht. Die islamischen Rechtsschulen haben eine sehr lange Geschichte in der islamischen Tradition. Sie reichen zurück auf das Jahr 750 n. Chr., als im Zuge der Auseinandersetzungen zwischen den Ummayaden und Abbasiden viele Gelehrte begannen, Schulen zu gründen und Rechtsurteile auf der Grundlage ihrer eigenen Rechtsprinzipien und Regeln zu fällen. Doch nicht alle konnten sich bis heute durchsetzen. ¿Überlebt¿ haben in der sunnitischen Welt vier Rechtsschulen, die heute von fast allen sunnitischen Muslimen befolgt werden. Dazu zählen die hanafitische, schafiitische, malikitische und hanbalitische Schule, wobei die hanafitische die größte unter ihnen ist und die hanbalitische die kleinste. Innerhalb der Schiiten hat es seit Anbeginn des Islam nur eine Rechtsschule gegeben, die dschafaritische, die sich in ihren Rechtsgrundlagen und Rechtsurteilen an den Worten und Taten des Propheten Muhammad (s.) und seiner ¿ aus schiitischer Sicht ¿ zwölf legitimierten Nachfolgern respektive Imamen orientierten. An diesen fünf islamischen Rechtsschulen orientieren sich der allergrößte Teil der Muslime in ihrem täglichen muslimischen Leben. Vertreten sind die Anhänger jener Rechtsschulen je nach Region und Land unterschiedlich stark, wobei aufgrund der starken Migration in den letzten Jahrzehnten viele Anhänger der Rechtsschulen heute auch in den westlichen Ländern vertreten sind. Die fünf Rechtsschulen anerkennen und dulden sich, wenngleich es zwischen ihnen zum Teil gravierende Unterschiede in vielen Aspekten der islamischen Normen gibt.

With God as the legislator, society has to incorporate the given rules into daily life. However they are not always clear, so frictions are attempted to be solved using the four sources of Islamic Law. Hence, Islamic Law can not exist just as a fixed statute, which regulates rights and duties of Muslims. It is more a method to interpret what the law includes, influenced strongly by the opinions of different legal scholars. There exists therefore an uncertainty in what the law finally includes, because of disagreements between scholars, called ikhtil¿f.

The second volume of the series "Key Concepts in Interreligious Discourses" points out the roots of the concept of ''human rights'' in Judaism, Christianity and Islam. It shows how far the universal validity of ''human rights'' opposes in some crucial points with religious traditions. The volume demonstrates that new perspectives are introduced to the general discussion about human rights when related to religious traditions. Especially the interreligious viewpoint proves that a new kind of debate about human rights and its history is necessary.

One approach to detect gravitational waves, which have been postulated by Albert Einstein in his General Theory of Relativity, is based on interferometric measurements oflength variations with a large-scale Michelson interferometer. The detection range of theseground-based observatories is currently limited to approx. 15 Megaparsec (Mpc) becauseof a reduced sensitivity at detection frequencies of 10 Hz ¿ 10 kHz by shot noise. Theselimitations can be overcome by an output power increase of the detector¿s light source,which will enhance the sensitivity by an order of magnitude. Thus, the possibility of detecting a gravitational wave will be raised by a factor of 1000 and the detection range will be increased to 150 Mpc, accordingly.In this work a laser systems is presented, which fulfills the free-running laser requirementson stability and beam quality required by the next generation of gravitational wave detectors for the first time. The developed laser system is based on a two-stage concept,supplemented with an active amplitude and frequency stabilization, which is not partof this work. A 35 W Nd:YVO4 amplifier system with an emission wavelength of 1064nm represents the frequency reference of the laser system and is used as the seed for aninjection-locked high power oscillator. This amplifier, which is based on a Master OscillatorPower Amplifier scheme, is already used in today¿s gravitational wave detectors and hasbeen proven to be reliable in long-term operation. The linearly polarized output power ofmore than 200 W is generated inside the oscillator stage, which consists of four Nd:YAGcrystals arranged in an asymmetric ring resonator configuration. To compensate for lossesdue to thermal birefringence inside the longitudinally pumped laser crystals, an imagingdepolarization compensation is used.

This thesis deals with the investigation and development of low pröle, low lossantennas with emphasis on reduced cost implementations for di¿erent commu-nication and radar applications in the microwave and millimeter-wave region.All antennas investigated in this work are implemented in the K-band (18 GHz¿26.5 GHz) as for this frequency range measurement facilities and power ampli-¿ers were readily available, but actually they lend themselves for applications inthe mm-wave range where the low loss characteristic of the NRD-guide is evenmore pronounced.
