The first step-by-step guide to the techniques of Kaula Tantra, the practical yogini path to enlightenment
In The Bhagavad Gita, prince Arjuna is filled with despair about the violence and death that war will cause. He seeks Krishna's counsel, who tells him to fulfill his warrior duty through "selfless action."

This book is a compilation of inspiring quotes from spiritual teachers of the East, coupled with images showcasing the incredible sacred art of Nepal. The photographs, captured by Sean Starr and Jennifer Moore Starr during their time in Nepal in 2019 and 2020, coincide with the production of the documentary "Art Is Love: Nepal," they were shooting on location with filmmakers Daniel Driensky and Sarah Reyes of Exploredinary. For over 30 years, Sean Starr's original artwork has been displayed in dozens of exhibitions at galleries and institutions in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Napa Valley, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Antonio and Ireland.Jennifer Moore Starr is a photographer and studio manager at Starr Studios. In the spring of 2019, I embarked on my inaugural journey to Nepal, having been invited by a photojournalist friend following the last-minute withdrawal of one of his fellow photographers. Eagerly seizing the opportunity, I found myself captivated by Nepal's allure the moment I touched down in Kathmandu. As an artist, I was enthralled by the ancient culture's profound reverence for the arts and how deeply intertwined the artwork was with their spiritual beliefs. After spending several weeks immersing myself in the rich tapestry of Nepal, I returned home with the aspiration to revisit and document the remarkable things I had encountered. A subsequent conversation with friends and filmmakers Daniel Driensky and Sarah Reyesof Exploredinary in Dallas resulted in an agreement to collaboratively return and produce a documentary highlighting the traditional artists of Nepal.Fate played its part, swiftly aligning the pieces, and in early 2020, My wife Jennifer, Daniel and Sarah found ourselves back in Nepal, filming our recently completed feature-length documentary titled "Art Is Love: Nepal." Throughout our travels, we documented the stories of artists and the sacred art of Nepal. Our journey took us through the bustling streets of Kathmandu, the ancient city of Bhaktapur, Pashupatinath Temple, the iconic Boudhanath and Swayambhunath Stupas, the lakeside city of Pokhara, and some of the remote villages of the Himalayas. We sincerely hope you enjoy this collection of photos, captured by Jennifer and me during breaks between filming sessions and interviews with other artists. It seemed only fitting to complement these images with some of our favorite quotes from Eastern teachers, some of whom undoubtedly inspired the very artists responsible for the masterpieces adorning this beautiful country.
In 33 profound verses, cast as a dialogue between a guru and a disciple, Adi Sankaracarya simultaneously reveals the supreme knowledge of the Self and the highest devotional worship (puja). The disciple first asks, "What manner of worship is prescribed in the undivided Existence-Consciousness-Bliss, in the one undifferentiated nature, though remaining in the state that is one without a second?" He then asks similar questions about the details of such in the context of utmost Nonduality, and, starting with the ninth verse, the Guru replies in the light of the Knowledge of that utmost Nonduality. By reading and meditating upon these illuminative verses by Adi Sankara, one will experience this profound, supreme puja.

The Holy Vedas are oldest and most respected scriptural Hindu writings. They were passed down orally for generations before being written in Sanskrit in 1500 BCE.This book contains the English translation of all four Vedas: Rig Veda, Yajur Veda, Atharva Veda, and Sam Veda. These collections feature poetry, hymns, prayers and religious thought. The hymns impart a deep understanding into Indian mythology and culture, and are thus an enchanting introduction to Hinduism. The Rig Veda provides a detailed description of the Indian gods.Friedrich Max Müller was a founding figure of Vedic studies in Europe. He believed that a study of the records of Vedic civilisation was essential to understand the development of European faiths. To accomplish this, he studied and translated the Rig Veda to English in order to preserve the spirit of the original Sanskrit mantras.

This book contains the most secretive aspects of the ancient religion of Hinduism not so far revealed in any manner to the world outside India. This book is resplendent in Jnaana. Whosoever can read and assimilate its contents is sure to live the most comfortable life besides attaining Nirvaana. While this is not a beginner's guide on Hindu spirituality, all the averments of advanced concepts are explained using regular and simple words used every day by ordinary people. Philosophy is a tough to crack subject and Hindu spiritual philosophy is even tougher subject. Simply stated, this book is a "Hindu philosophy made-simple". While this is one of the eighteen books of Maha Bhaaratha, this book is the largest among all and is completely independent. It does not depend on the previous book to understand the context or there is something in the next book that needs to be read to get a complete picture. This book contains three section - the first one details the matters connected with ruling the kingdom which are surprisingly similar to modern management precepts. The second section is about living righteously in adverse conditions like the present times. The third is about the attainment of Nirvana. The original was authored by Veda Vyaasa in the ancient times of about 5000 years ago in Sanskrit. This is but a rare book that is not easy to find in a language other than Sanskrit. It is also one book that is dreaded by others even to explain, leave alone translating it. I, even for a second think that I translated it. It was the act of God Almighty who used my hand to type out the text. One that can read this fully would be blessed by Lord Krishna Himself.

In simple yet evocative language, this book unveils the cultural tapestry of Ayodhya, offering readers a comprehensive and insightful journey through the ages-a journey that celebrates faith, resilience, and the triumph of a nation's spirit.
