The remarkable true story of one women's journey of survival. She shares her experiences of childhood sexual abuse, addiction, self-destruction, and numerous suicidal attempts. She knew there had to be more...Her story describes how we can come out wearing our crowns with purpose after experiencing years of spiritual warfare. Refusing to give up Chaplain Tammie came to the realization that addiction begins in the spiritual realm and is authored by the devil; BUT God is our abundance" this means that God makes our lives abundant and provides all of us with all that we need for our body, soul, and spirit. It took three suicide attempts and 20 years of addiction before Chaplain Tammie realized that all her suffering was for purpose. She came to realize that through all the trauma and self-destructive behaviors God was preparing her crown. She understood that she did not have to be perfect to be loved by God just willing to allow Him to lead the way. This transparent inspiring memoir is about one courageous women's journey to overcome the darkness and walk in the love and light of Jesus Christ encouraging other's that they to can be free!!

Predestined woman, you are not scared or stuck. Depression and oppression are not your portion. The fear you feel is your posture before God as you ask God to remove any desire of settling or erecting your tent in this place.God declares you are His daughter, beautifully assembled as the image of the rose of Sharon among the brambles.Predestined woman, you are wheat among chaff, diamond among coal, a sheep among goats. This is your image for heaven favors you among many. You are made in the image of the living God.You are arrayed more beautiful than Solomon and all he admired.Your place is prepared for you on the other side of Jordan. You won't remain here forever. Your heart reaches for your inheritance, and your eyes shall see the glory of the Lord.Predestined woman, rest and eat. Heaven goes before you and will fight your battles for you.You shall sit under your own olive trees on the porch of your victory--an inheritance predestined for you and your generations before time began.

While looking up to heaven and praying one day, I heard in a small soft voice from my Lord, "You are going to help women." I knew I was a sinner and that Jesus came to save sinners. I began a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I felt a life-giving hope that led me to worship the God of the Bible. After seminary training, I heard that same quiet voice, lay on my heart the words from Jeremiah 29:11, "I know the plans I have for you, . . . plans for wholeness and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." (ESV) About 25 years later, I can testify with Paul from Philippians 3:8-9, "I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish so that I may gain Christ and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith." (ESV) I believe, I trust and obey as a woman of God, who is the only author of permanent change.
