While this book targets children, it can be beneficial to all ages, as it addresses issues individuals confront at any age.

The format of the book helps to open the topics for serious discussion. While Change Your Direction does not offer "the" answer to everyone's problems, it does give direction and help individuals pinpoint areas in their lives that need addressing, then gives tips for how to begin that journey.
