Bag om Congolese Legal News Review
The Congolese legal bibliography, both for students in university libraries and for legal practitioners, suffers from the "archaic nature of books". Very often, apart from a few rare authors who devote themselves to research to renew, if not revive, Congolese law, the Congolese legal bibliography is not updated enough. It is in front of the above evil that the Research Center of Study and Action for the Construction of the Congolese Law (CREACDC) set up a Review of Congolese Legal News (RAJC) which gives itself for mission to update doctrinally, by allying itself with the current events, the Congolese Law:- Emerging from the crisis of legitimacy in the 3rd Republic in the Democratic Republic of Congo: between dialogues and elections;- Study essay on the role of Congolese criminal law in the health of Kinshasa;- Some perspectives for an effective promotion and protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens in the DRC;- KISHISHE, the death of International Humanitarian Law! The responsibility of armed groups in International Humanitarian Law, the case of M23.
