He uses psychological, sociological, and philosophical perspectives to examine how to escape sometimes invisible methods of oppression that make the rules in the family, or in jobs, or in political spheres.
He looks back on an inspiring life story and on extensive scientific reading. Last but not least, he tries to open up a broader spectrum of understanding with his photo archive and with his emotional experiences as a guitarist (in small music pubs).
It is a story about growing older, life as a maturing process.
