The tourism industries are highly dependent on competent human resources. In service industries, especially in the tourism industry, an organization cannot survive without innovation. In this book, the different categories of Innovation are represented in a novel conceptual model for the first time. This model introduces competent human resource as a primary source of innovation and also depicts the main outputs of innovation. The present study acknowledges managers about the critical role of qualified human resource in developing a brilliant novel idea which provides the organization with efficacy, profitability, high performance, competitive advantage, market value, and productivity. It represents the main categories of innovation and presents a new category of them according to the scholar¿s opinions. Moreover, it examines the general and functional managers¿ point of views regarding their opinion about the most important knowledge management areas in the innovation processes. The results presented the first and most important knowledge management area is human resource management.
In this book, different real-life medical emergency service problems and various models related to the response time to the emergency cases are explained.
