Aim of this work is to investigate into the inorganic impurities in API manifacturing and related the charcoal Used in purification and other stages.Because the production of activated charcoal imply variuos chemico-phisical process and really high temperature it is of interest to verify if the exfoliation of graphitic-graphene can produce impurity.The same to verify the analitical methdos to determinate its presence or absence in API production and the requirement asked by regulatory international agency.This aspects can be relavant for toxicological and safey aspects: not only to be evaluated the amorphous Activated charcoal residual but also to search graphitic cristals or planar structure of graphene exfoliated even if under the theresholds reported in regulatory rules.It is not the main focus of this article to put in relation the commercial product showed in this work with the profile of toxicicy of the API purified using this system: only to submit to the researcher some material science concepts useful to better understand some phenomena.

In literature are reported various use of activated charcoal and derivates in biopharmaceutical purifications.Aim of this work is to verify impurity profile when using this technology.Various commercial product are reported here but it is not the scope of this work put in relation with any toxicological reaction : only to describe the technique used in this field.Because various drugs and bioproduct need purification steps it if of interest to see some material science peculiarity.Are involved not only innovative vaccine but also protein and mabs and other drugs.In this work various material science concepts are useful to better understand some impurity situations.

In literature is reported that after the manifacturing or purification process of different biopharmaceuticals various impurity can be finded in the final products.Aim of this work is to verify some productive process and the possibility that substantia like graphene derivates as contaminant can be responsible to provide a response of the human innate immune system.Not only in Mrna VACCINE production but aslo in other biotechnological drugs.For the scope of this work some commercial products are reported to verify the composition and pharmaceutical industrial use : monoliths, chromatografic resins and magnetic beads .A cause effect relationship between of the reported product used in purification of biomolecule and its impurities is not the main focus of this research work but only useful to submitt to the researcher an hypotesys of impurity cause to be deeply investigated.Some commercial products are reported only to show some peculiarity.

Aim of this work is to observe some interesting phenomena involving pre and post pandemia cardiac sudden deaths epidemiology and after the mass vaccination campaign.The current level of unexpected extradeaths as reported in scientific literature vs prepandemic years.So it is need a deeply investigation in order to verify association or not with Spike protein derivates used .Of interest to observe the prevalence/ incidence of cardiac sudden deaths after covid-19 disease before the vaccination seasons.This review is performed whit a neutral approach and without pre ¿ conceptAll data comes from biomedical database and published as article .

Aim of this work is to observe some epidemiological pattern related heart pathology like pericarditis and myocarditis in last decades and the toxicological effect played by various WRC wireless communication radiations as described by scientific literature.All this related the class age distribution of some Rare ADR by various covid-19 vaccine like Pericarditis and myocarditis ( more frequent in young ) and the use of electronic device WCR among the subpopulation .Of interest to observe that sars cov-2 spike protein, derivates and WCR are able to affect the heart as showed by literature in direct or indirect way.What information can be obtained studing this phenomena?

Aim of this work is to search and analyze scientific literature involved in the effect played by wireless communication radiation in the SARS-COV-2 spike protein derivates pathological process.This make possible to verify if it is necessary to be considered as a toxicological co-factor . Scopo di questo lavoro è di fornire al lettore - ricercatore o comunque studioso dell¿argomento un metodo che tratti concetti filosofici ma anche di altre discipline per poterne traslare poi gli insegnamenti ed i principi in ambito scientifico nel processo di generazione delle idee ed ipotesi da verificare. (di utilità per le discipline scientifico-sociali-politiche).Tale approccio vale sia per le discipline sperimentali ma anche per quelle meramente speculative.

L'objectif de ce travail est de vérifier l'état de l'art lié à l'utilisation du graphène et de ses dérivés dans la technologie des vaccins (ARNm), de montrer les propriétés chimiques de ce type de support (ou agent d'extraction) et d'énumérer les preuves actuelles des particularités liées à certains vaccins covid-19.Il est très important de vérifier la procédure de fabrication de ce produit innovant (vaccin m-ARN) et la technologie et le matériel utilisés dans les phases de purification.(qualité des matières premières utilisées et procédures).En observant le fait que chaque année plusieurs médicaments enregistrés et autorisés sont rappelés par l'agence publique de régulation (par exemple les derniers cas de Ranitidin dus à la possibilité de la présence d'une impureté cancérigène) il est intéressant d'observer la stratégie de production innovante de certains vaccins m-ARN.

Lo scopo di questo lavoro è quello di verificare lo stato dell'arte relativo all'utilizzo del grafene e dei suoi derivati in alcune tecnologie vaccinali (m RNA), di mostrare le proprietà chimiche di questo tipo di vettori (o agenti estrattivi) e di elencare le evidenze ad oggi relative alle peculiarità coinvolte in alcuni vaccini covid-19. Il ricercatore produrrà la propria opinione su questo argomento.Di grande rilevanza è la verifica della procedura di produzione di questo prodotto innovativo (vaccino a m-rna). (vaccino a base di m- Rna) e la tecnologia e i materiali utilizzati nelle fasi di purificazione (qualità delle materie prime utilizzate e(qualità delle materie prime utilizzate e delle procedure).Osservando il fatto che ogni anno diversi farmaci registrati e autorizzati vengono richiamati dall'agenzia regolatoria pubblica (ad esempio gli ultimi casi di Ranitidin dovuti alla possibilità di presenza di un'impurezza di una sostanza cancerogena) è interessante osservare la strategia di produzione innovativa di alcuni vaccini a m- RNA.

Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, den Stand der Technik in Bezug auf die Verwendung von Graphen und seinen Derivaten in einigen Impfstofftechnologien (m RNA) zu überprüfen, die chemischen Eigenschaften dieser Art von Trägern (oder Extraktionsmittel) aufzuzeigen und die derzeitige Besonderheit in einem Covid-19-Impfstoff aufzuführen.Es ist von großer Bedeutung, das Herstellungsverfahren dieses innovativen Produkts zu überprüfen (m-Rna-Impfstoff) und die in den Reinigungsphasen verwendeten Technologien und Materialien(Qualität der verwendeten Rohstoffe und Verfahren).In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass jedes Jahr verschiedene registrierte und zugelassene Arzneimittel von der staatlichen Aufsichtsbehörde zurückgerufen werden (z. B. in den letzten Ranitidin-Fällen wegen der Möglichkeit einer Verunreinigung mit einer krebserregenden Substanz), ist es interessant, die innovative Produktionsstrategie einiger m-RNA-Impfstoffe zu beobachten.

O objectivo deste trabalho é investigar o papel desempenhado pelo grafeno e seus derivados em alguns processos de manifestação relevantes como a purificação e absorção. As propriedades físicas químicas deste produto inovador permitem compreender porque são utilizados em muitos campos biomédicos e outros campos como os biossensores, na purificação de água, para remover metais pesados, no campo diagnóstico, mas também em purificações farmacêuticas, na extracção, purificação de ADN, RNA e outras biomoléculas, portadoras, adiuvantes, antibacterianas e outras utilizações biológicas e industriais.A produção em grande escala é diferente da produção em laboratório, mas são utilizadas as mesmas propriedades químico-físicas. In dieser Arbeit wird das Thema aus einer multidisziplinären Sichtweise heraus analysiert, die psychologische, neurowissenschaftliche, managementbezogene und andere nützliche Aspekte umfasst.
