In language methodology there exist a number of methods for teaching students vocabulary, medical terminology in our case. One of the most efficient among them we consider corpora approach, which has grown exponentially into corpusbased language studies and pedagogical materials. There¿s already a substantial body of corpus-based texts (medical as well) that can be an invaluable source for designing teaching materials.

The article examines the historical background of panegyrics and their decline during the emergence of Islam. It discusses the poets who composed panegyrics in the presence of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and their alignment with the decline of pagan poetry. Additionally, the article highlights the relationship between panegyrics and Sira (biography), their formalization, and their association with Islamic mysticism. It focuses on notable panegyric compositions by scholars from Tamil Nadu, discussing their themes and contributions to Arabic literature. The article concludes by emphasizing the diversity of styles and meanings found in prophetic panegyrics and their integration into Sufism.

The evidence also shows that people who achieve good standards of well-being at work are likely to be more creative, more loyal, more productive, and provide better customer satisfaction than individuals with poor standards of well-being at work. For decades, organizations have tried to foster these qualities through employee engagement strategies. However, the evidence in this report demonstrates that engaging employees is just one part of the story. The three factors that influence employee engagement in an organization are vigor, dedication and absorption. This study provides an overview of the concept of demographic factors that influence employee engagement. The methodology used for this study is that Descriptive Research Description is used. Data was collected from on-roll employees in the organization with a total of 100 eligible respondents. Various data analysis is used to test the hypothetical model.

In the present study, activated carbon is fabricated from male and female date palm leaves by chemical activation with phosphoric acid and is further examined for ferric ion removal from waste water. The study revealed that the uptake of ferric ions from aqueous media was found to be dependent on pH, adsorbent dosage, initial concentration, agitation time and temperature. The maximum adsorption capacity for male and female activated carbon was found to 17.2 mg/g and 22.2 mg/g respectively. The optimum conditions for ferric ions uptake from aqueous media by male activated carbon was found to pH=2.5, temperature=298K, initial concentration= 50 mg/L, adsorbent dosage=0.2 gm and agitation time=30 minutes. Similarly for female activated carbon optimum conditions were found to be pH=2.5, temperature=298K, initial concentration= 50 mg/L, adsorbent dosage=0.25 gm and agitation time=30 minutes.
