Living in the birthplace of many of the foods we love, it's hard not to be addicted to our regional blue-collar pub fare. Our hometown is blessed with being ground-zero for so many amazing foods like Chicken Wings, Ted's Hot Dogs, Beef on Weck, Chivetta's Chicken, Fish Fry, and anything else that pairs well with an ice-cold brew and a Bills game.
This cookbook is an homage to our immense bounty of great local food, the leftovers they sometimes create, and a great excuse to putter in the kitchen.
