Cornelius Kwaku Worlanyo has given us a lucid theoretical position about the matter. This is in line with the UN convention on the right of the child. Cornelius argues out why inclusive education should be given the needed attention by all. He highlights on the importance of educating the marginalized in the society. The findings exposed the inadequacies and behavioural attitude that still exist between the visually and non-visually impaired as well as the larger society. This work is not only an exposure of the Ghanaian situation, but also an awareness of the situation in most developing countries around the world.
