I don't know how I went from literally feeling like I'm flying high in the sky to being emotionally numb, but it's scary to think that part of you, that part that makes you feel human, has completely subsided. It's those rich emotions that make us feel most alive. The possibility of love, intimacy, friendship, adventure, and so much more. My poems touch on the dry areas of my life as well as the most memorable moments, and the things I've hoped for. This book is for those who have ever felt disconnected from the world, from themselves, or from pretty much anything, and just want to feel like a real person again.
