Summer 1983. Over a year and a half has passed for Sam, Travis, Alex, Kevin, Randy and Richie. The group of friends continue to use Las Vegas for their private playground, but responsibilities and obligations slowly begin to separate the gang. A series of events, beyond his control, forces Sam into a new living situation, the separation of the Bandits and a new life. Before the gang is permanently split apart, the boys plan one more adventure that may be the last Sam will ever take as he risks his life for fortune and glory. Who will go and who will stay as Sam and his friends learn that life can change at a frightening pace in a short span of time.
