The work starts from the problem of how to favor the transit through the different levels of performance in the teaching of Cuban History in Basic Secondary Education, with the objective of proposing learning activities that favor the transit through the different levels of performance in 9th grade students. The basis is a theoretical analysis of the aspects approached by several authors through our historical process; insufficiencies are observed in the teaching and learning of Cuban History. In the first chapter, the theoretical foundations that sustain the teaching-learning process of History are approached, referring to the characteristics of developmental learning. In the second chapter, the application context is characterized, the modeling is offered and a critical evaluation of the results is made, highlighting the main achievements and difficulties. The most significant aspect is the mastery of historical knowledge, in order to achieve the transition and contribute to the patriotic formation of our students.
