When Moonie the Starbabe finds herself on the legendary planet Mars, she discovers it peopled with creatures from all parts of the galaxy, the Red People of the cities of Oxygen and Hydrogen, the four armed Snarks, the octopoid Cephalos, the quiet Canal folk, the annoying little Green Men and the Earthlings.
