The purpose of this research was to promote activities on neuromanagement as a tool for change to strengthen organizational performance in primary education in the Cecilio Acosta Educational Unit. It is part of the educational management research line of the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador. It has a qualitative approach, framed in the Sociocritical paradigm, under the participatory action research methodology. The key informants were five (5) social actors of the institution object of this study, two (02) directors and three (03) teachers, which were selected intentionally who provided information through the technique of participant observation, interview; which allowed both the processing and interpretation of the information, the process of contracting, triangulation and categorization was used. Finally the final reflections according to the findings important to highlight the transforming potential of neuromanagement as a tool for change to strengthen organizational performance, in these new paradigmatic changes.
