Once Upon a Dyke - Erin Hensley - Bog

After the success of Erin Hensley's freshman memoir "Naked in the Closet" there was so much left unsaid about her life. In her sophomore writing Once Upon a Dyke: Tales from Inside (and Outside) the Closet, Hensley comes back with a voice unlike her debut. This book encompasses more tales from her life such as nudist colonies, wooden legs, and even spider friends. Each memory that she shares with the reader is told in a fairy tale fashion including the moral to the story. This is a collection that is heartfelt, comical, and at times heartbreaking.
