Independent Harley rider Jake Axelrod is conflicted when his ex-girlfriend calls from Chicago one morning at dawn. At a biker rally in western Massachusetts, he gets lucky when a good looking pool shark, members of the notorious Skuldmen motorcycle club, and a Harley riding state trooper provide Jake with an opportunity to serve up a plate of justice, biker style.
