Ted Jones is a former Maryland State Police Homicide Detective and native of Baltimore City, Maryland. He embraced the reality early in his life of the desire to protect and serve. Witnessing the brutal murder of a Baltimore City Police officer in his hometown as a teenager, failed to deter him from fulfilling his sincerest career desire which he believes was a calling to "Protect and Serve!"
