The goal was to find out whether learning physics via an exciting new subject such as robotics would improve the overall academic performance of the students in science classes. Robotics Education provides the opportunity for students to bring their individual interests, perspectives and areas of expertise together in order to work collaboratively in a real-world science. In order to increase students¿ engagement in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields, it is important that they increase their time working with concrete STEM tasks in collaborative groups. Many researchers have been investigating the use of robotics to support education. Several studies have shown that robots can help students develop problem-solving abilities and learn computer programming, mathematics and science.
