In order to analyse the external environment and potential advantages and disadvantages, the BBC faces, a PESTEL analysis was conducted. Porter¿s Five Forces analysis was applied, so that the competitive environment can be illustrated. The generation of value will be evaluated with a value chain analysis. Concluding, a SWOT analysis is exploiting the BBC¿s strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
