Historically, the teaching-learning process at the university level can be characterized as magistrocentric, at this stage of the development of humanity, in which the knowledge society prevails, requires a change towards a student-centered teaching-learning process, that is, of a paidocentrico, however, to achieve this it is necessary to take into account the teaching skills.
